1. Field-test software

Car App is unfinished evaluation software. Features, data formats, availability, presentation, scoring, and access may change or be removed. Testing access may be limited or ended at any time.

2. Safe and lawful use

Never use the app while driving or in a situation where camera use would be unsafe. Do not trespass, obstruct traffic, violate posted rules, or photograph a vehicle from a place where you are not legally permitted to be.

Take reasonable care not to intentionally capture identifiable people, private spaces, or sensitive information. You are responsible for obeying applicable laws and respecting the rights of others when taking and sharing photographs.

3. Sightings are not ownership claims

A collectible represents a photographed sighting. It does not prove that the tester owns, drove, valued, authenticated, or received permission from the owner of the depicted vehicle.

4. Prototype results

Vehicle identification, rarity, scoring, artwork, and other outputs may be incomplete, mocked, incorrect, or unavailable during testing. Do not rely on the app for vehicle purchasing, valuation, safety, legal, insurance, or authenticity decisions.

5. Your photographs and exports

You retain whatever rights you hold in photographs you create. You grant the app permission to process and display those photographs on your device as necessary to provide the features you choose to use. You are responsible for content you capture or share and for having any rights required to do so.

6. App materials

The application, interface, software, visual system, and original materials supplied with Car App are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy, reverse engineer, sell, or redistribute the app except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.

Vehicle names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

7. No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the field-test app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the field-test app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Platform terms

Apple, Google, TestFlight, and Google Play may impose additional terms governing installation, testing, billing, and platform use. Those terms continue to apply independently.

10. Changes and contact
